My name is Johnique Taylor and I am the owner of The Queen of Trucking LLC and Solid Rock Solutions Group LLC. I bring 20+ years of experience in the trucking industry on all ends of the business from the trucking side, the freight side, the dispatching side as well as the driver side. We offer various services, training, and mentoring and we are a one-stop-shop. That's the great part of being a part of an industry like the trucking Industry. You can create multiple streams of income within the same industry and have different sectors of your business all working at the same time.
I have been through hell and back over the course of my long trucking journey but I will tell you it was definitely worth it. I am a 100% Trucking Girl! I eat, breathe and sleep in this industry, it is my life! Literally!! I love the flexibility, the growth opportunities, the independence and so much more. Now I have worked at this for years so don't think for once this all happened overnight. Just know success is definitely not a straight line it can be an ugly picture at times but staying focused on your course is the key.
I first started driving tractor-trailers back in 1997 while in the US Army and over the years I have been committed to all levels of trucking. I am truly passionate about what I do every day by helping others avoid the common challenges of surviving and thriving in the trucking industry. As a trucking mentor and coach, I pride myself on being able to share my wealth of knowledge and experience with others.
I am here and available to help each and every one of you as long as you are committed too. You must be willing to do the footwork in an industry like the trucking industry, as I tell people all the time the trucking industry is not for the weak. Nothing comes easy in life, you can have all the support you need however if you are not putting in the time and effort it takes to operate in this awesome industry you will not grow and have longevity in this industry. I have given my blood, sweat, and tears into this industry to get me this far and I will continue to work my butt off to continue having longevity and thriving doing what I love to do.
